Mahdi Hassan graduated from Limkokwing University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Creative Multimedia. He credits Limkokwing University for instilling him with the right skill set to kick start his career.
Mahdi now works as a graphic designer for CPL Training Group, the leading provider of licensed retail and hospitality training in the United Kingdom.
Finding a direction
“I first came to Malaysia in 2012 and I studied at Asia Pacific University. I did not like the way of teaching during my time there because it’s all theory. I did research on other Universities, my second choice was Multimedia University and the third was Limkokwing University.”

“I built a family here at Limkokwing University; throughout the years of my studies I had immense support from my lecturers. The University helps you to learn it doesn’t force you to learn, they give you the rope and it’s up to you how you climb it.”

“The most important skill I acquired here at Limkokwing is Leadership. I had the opportunity to lead in a lot of different projects in and out of class. This built my confidence and sharpened my professional abilities as well.”
“One of the leadership positions I learnt a lot from was being the president of the July 2016 Graduation showcase; I had to make sure everything ran smoothly; making sure everyone was on time and the exhibits were in place and so on.”
