Busses & Bemo’s

This type of public transport are able to take you anywhere in Bali, more over, its very cheap. To catch a bemo or minivan you just need to wait at the edge of the road, then it will stop right in front of you. For busses, you have to wait on the several bus stops.

Taxis

Where you can find taxi almost everywhere in Bali, but its better if you take a taxi as requested from the hotel, and make sure the driver uses the meters. Blue Bird is the recommended taxi service in Indonesia and also Bali.

Bicycles are available but bear in mind the heavy traffic in Kuta, Legian, and Denpasar. Cycling is ideal in villages, Ubud and the countryside. You can find bike rental shops in all the main tourist spots. It will only cost you RM 10 for the whole day.

Motorbikes and Scooters

The rental agencies for Motorbikes and Scooters are around Kuta, Legian and Seminyak and they should provide the helmet. But you have to make sure that you owned an International License and a special permit from the Police Station, where the rental agency can assist you with this term.
