Responsibilities

• To coordinate all ICT service request
• To provide first level technical advice to users
• To monitor and configure door access system to users/students
• To handle any ICT ad hoc projects
• To ensure CCTV system is in working conditions

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least diploma in information technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT related industries
• Sound knowledge in networking, computer and software
• Experience in managing smart card and CCTV systems is an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Good ICT problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and as well as in a team
