Responsibilities

• ERP systems maintenance and support.
• MIS day-to-day operations and administration.
• Support to users on ERP operation issues.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Sound skills in Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server (AD), Microsoft SQL Server Database, Oracle Database.
• Experience in managing enterprise information management system environment.
• Proficient in database and server administration, maintenance and security.
• Ability to document database and operations manual, backup and recovery guide, incident reports, user policy and change management documentation.
• Possess good time management, problem solving skills and communication skills.
