Location: Malaysia, Cyberjaya
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• On-call after support hours for critical or urgent case
• Work closely with IT Projects team on the Network Implementation
• Implementation of global operation processes and guidelines including documentation
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support to end-users and the management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Networking or equivalent
• Strong knowledge on: Internet/intranet/extranet: network infrastructure development/deployment (LAN,WAN and wireless technology)
• Network architecture and protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, NetBIOS, VLAN Routing and IP address management
• Experience on Router and Cisco switch configuration
• Managing Windows based IT Infrastructure including Active Directory, Domain Name Servers and File / Print Services
• Managing perimeter security devices such as portal servers (IIS), firewalls and proxy servers will be advantage
• Able to work independently with good management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing Email server. Such as Microsoft Exchange Server or others
• Willingness to travel and Self motivated individual with clear objective to achieve organizational goal are welcomed
