He is a dedicated professional with experience in marketing, digital marketing, sales and execution of business development strategies. He is highly skilled in fostering and managing profitable partnerships with stakeholders, implementing new business initiatives, and utilising hyper-effective digital marketing tools and tactics.
He is Adeeb Alkalla. The Syrian born professional currently works for an international agency located in Bristol, UK, called Hybrid.
“My role is to put my acquired skills and knowledge in use to build new ways and lifestyles for the next generation and students. The company’s mission is to connect the international universities with the students seeking education at the right places,” he says.
Adeeb is involved in digital marketing specialising in paid media and manages a portfolio of campaigns on various online platforms; across search channels; social channels and programmatic ads for websites, Spotify and wechat.
Hybrid is an international agency located in Bristol, UK. “Using design, data and storytelling expertise, we work with our clients to influence relevant audiences in higher education and tech,” Adeeb adds.
The process starts with counselling and guiding the international students who are still searching for their passions. Then Adeeb helps them find the right path based on their own subject of interest by choosing programs accordingly.
Adeeb studied the Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) and MBA in Project Management at Limkokwing University. “Limkokwing has opened my eyes to the international environment and allowed me to create friendships from all over the world,” he shares.
The 28 year old realised his passion for marketing during his stint at the marketing department at Limkokwing university. He started as a part timer and got promoted to become a full timer in 2 months.
“Some of my favourite projects that helped shape my career and skills were during my time at Limkokwing, when I met numerous people everyday and provided the best customer service and maintained relationships with them,” he says.
