Limkokwing Swaziland’s Faculty of Business and Globalisation invited Ntsika Fakudze, Director of Legal Affairs in the King’s Office for an industry talk on 14 October.

Ntsika Fakudze graduated with a Bachelors in Law from the University of Swaziland (UNISWA) in 1999. He pursued a successful law career and completed his Master’s Degree in Public International Law and Human Rights Law at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law: Indiana University in New York. He has served as a legal advisor for several local NGOs and as a legal intern for the United Nations in New York.

Fakudze began the workshop with a talk on ‘Industrial Relations’ and provided practical examples from his professional experience throughout his law career. After his lecture, he had an interactive question and answer session with the students.

“Be sure to always exceed your employers’ expectations at work in the future,” he encouraged the students before further explaining the need to be informed about such laws in order to safeguard employee rights at work.

Limkokwing University frequently organises industry talks and workshops to expose students to industry ethics and practices even before they step into the real world. The University trains the students to become dedicated individuals who demonstrate great level of confidence and commitment in their work.
