Support in administration of faculty, registry, claims, requisitions, records and profiles. Duties also include organizing and updating faculty documentations, meeting minutes, and managing contacts with faculty industry partners, advisors, contract staff and any external liaisons.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in office management and administration.
- Required skills: Excellent communication and organization skills and computer skills.
- Required language: English – verbal and written
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in education and/or management would be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate and deal with international and local staff and students.
- Full-Time position only.
