Business Administrator

We are on the lookout for a Business Administrator with experience in administration, operation and handling client enquires to join our team full time. The ideal candidate must have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate the entire event locally and offshore
  • Coordinate booking for flight & acommodation for travelling staff
  • Entering data into applications/systems
  • Handling paperwork for client request from all departments; local and international
  • Sorting and distributing office mail
  • Minimising expenditure
  • Attending office functions, meetings and sessions
  • Liaising with clients

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Law or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates from any recognised institution or less than 1 year experience in related field is preferred for this position
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and management systems
  • Fluent verbal and written ability in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Applicants must be able to work in Cyberjaya
