This programme provides a combination of the study of IT with business modules designed to enable you to exploit your technical innovations commercially. It gives students the ability to program and use multimedia to develop innovative business solutions. Students will also be exposed to the implementation of commercial development opportunities whether in start-up, small or large businesses. Students will also be given an awareness of market research, finance and management underpinning the development of entrepreneurial capabilities The programs also provides students with an understanding of the context, nature, role and significance of management activities as undertaken by managers in a range of organizations. Students will also be exposed to well-researched, logical and integrated solutions to multi-faceted problems in uncertain and dynamic context.
At the end of this programme, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of essential facts, concepts, principles, and theories relating to information technology
- Apply theoretical principles of technology and entrepreneurship in relevant areas
- Demonstrate understanding of business functions and be able to plan, design and manage technology based enterprise

- Apply broad business and real world perspective in workplace and everyday activities and demonstrate entrepreneurial skills
Entry Requirements
- STPM/A Level with minimum 3 principals or CGPA 2.0; OR
- Pass Foundation/Pre-University/Matriculation in related field and pass SPM/SPVM with 5 credits including Mathematics; OR
- Pass Diploma in related field with minimum CGPA 2.5. For candidates with CGPA below 2.5 and above 2.0, thorough internal evaluation will be carried out; OR
- Pass Diploma in other fields with minimum CGPA 2.5; OR
- Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
Students with a recognized Diploma in related field will be given advanced standing into the Degree programme.
