Synopsis

Participants will be introduced to:

• Major leadership skills
• Core competencies in leadership
• Conflict management and resolution
• Team building and group dynamics

Outcome

• Gain a greater understanding of their own personal identities and how their identities shape their leadership and followership
• Develop understanding of change processes and be able to think critically about obstacles to change
• Learn to practice team leadership through active group participation
