Synopsis

Today's sign designers must be grounded in computer technology, as well as mastering the skills of design, layout, and lettering. This one-of-a-kind course offers the unique opportunity to start with basic letter and layout skills combined with intensive computer software training and utilisation. Students will study the art of professional quality sign design and layout along with a variety of application techniques. Students will learn the fundamentals of vinyl letter application and digital printing. The course also provides unique opportunities in the prestigious arts of gold leaf, glass etching, and vehicle graphics.
