The Limkokwing Foundation Programmes are specially designed and it is recommended for those who are very clear about their career choices. There are five streams for you to select and it takes just one year to complete the programme to enter degree studies.

Foundation in Business tracks you into degree studies in HR management, International Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Business Quality Management, Entrepreneurship, Technopreneurship, Public Management, Hospitality Management, Islamic Banking & Finance, Global Business Communication and Sports, Health & Fitness Management. You will learn the basics in accounting, marketing and business-related studies.

Foundation in Design prepares you for entry into degrees in Professional Design, Industrial Design, Fashion & Retailing, Digital Photography and Graphic Design. Students will acquire knowledge of basic design skills related to colour, typography, photography among others.

Foundation in Communications provides the groundwork for intensive degree studies in Mass Communication, Event Management, Digital Film & TV, Broadcasting & Journalism and Digital Media. Students will learn the basic of public relations, broadcasting and business.

Foundation in the Built Environment will bridge students into degree studies in Interior Architecture, Architectural Science, Architecture, Urban Planning & Design, Construction Management, Landscape and Facilities Management. Students gain understanding in basic building technology concepts, project management, cultural studies among others.

Foundation in Information Technology will track you into degree studies for Mobile Computing, Games Technology, Business Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Technology, E-Commerce, ICT and Business Intelligence System. Students will be taught basics in IT, economics, statistics, programming, business and accounting.

Entry Requirements

SPM ‘O’ Level with 5 credits including English and a Pass in Mathematics OR equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
