Limkokwing University’s unique and innovative Global Campus Programme which equips students for global leadership industry roles receives UK’s awarding body ATHE endorsement.
Limkokwing Global Campus is an initiative that allows Limkokwing University students to study in Limkokwing London for a month. This is an initiative that aims to expose students to creativity at an industry level and bring their classroom experience to life on a global stage.
Limkokwing Global Campus is now adding adding another feather to its cap; it has now received ATHE (Awards for Training and Higher Education) endorsement. Approved by Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) which is the UK’s qualification regulatory body, ATHE is the awarding body that provides education and training centres with qualifications in administration management, business, tourism and health and social care.
ATHE endorsement constitutes an important independent and international endorsement of the programme. Chief Executive of ATHE, Mr. Joseph Jones, in his endorsement message said, “Having identified these outcomes we believe that they are clearly of value to learners as well as having applicability to employers and the wider economy.”
This means that upon successful completion of the programme students will receive dual certification; they will not only receive a certificate of completion from just the University but also a certificate from a respected UK awarding body.
Limkokwing Global Campus programme is delivered at the University’s London campus over an intensive one month period. It is designed to provide students in higher education with a short but intense UK and Western orientated stimulating and career enhancing programme which will better enable them to compete for employment with the leading corporate brands across the world.
To make this programme accessible to all, Limkokwing University has made it available to all students irrespective of whether or not they study with Limkokwing University. The University believes that it is its role to better help a greater number of students maximise their potential and realise their dreams of becoming global industry leaders.
