Applicants are required to provide:

• Certified copies of Academic Results relevant to entry requirements.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency e.g IELTS or TOEFL, if applicable.
• Portfolio consisting 3 pieces of Original Artwork, if applicable.

Applicants are also required to submit:

• Photocopy of Identity Card (Local students only) OR
  Three (3) passport copies including all blank pages (International students only).
• 3 Passport size photographs with name written on the reverse (Local students only) OR
  8 Passport size photographs (International students only).

International Students VISA Notice

Please be advised that the Malaysian Immigration Department and the Ministry of Higher Education have imposed changes to the processing of tertiary visas effective from the 1st February 2013.

The Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) which operates as a private company owned by the government of Malaysia under Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) with immediate effect, is now in charge of approving international students who wish to study in Malaysia.

To ease enrolment of new students, from now until the 15th March 2013 Limkokwing University will absorb the Visa Processing Fee into the International Administration Fee.

• Students must pay a portion of the International Administration Fee (RM 2,000) in advance for the processing of their visa. The balance of which must be paid upon arrival.
• Starting from the 16th March 2013 students will have to pay for their respective Visa Processing Fees separately from the International Administration Fee.

Submit the completed application form together with the registration fee. Cheques should be payable to LIMKOKWING UNIEVRSITY OF CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD.
