Airport Pick-up

New students who have immigration approval to study in Malaysia can pre-arrange for our airport pick-up service by filling up the Airport Arrival Form with seven (7) days notice prior to flying to Malaysia. Required details are the flight number, date and expected time of arrival. You will then be transported to the university-managed accommodation.

• Students who have immigration approval to study in Malaysia will be greeted In the arrival hall at the immigration counters to ensure smooth entry into the country.
• We strongly advice all students to enter Malaysia with immigration approval. LUCT would not take any responsibility for students who fail to do so.
• Accompanying person who requires transportation must indicate in the Airport Arrival Form.

Note: There are no pickups during weekends and on public holidays. (Please check with the International Student Services Department for complete listing of public holidays.)
