Limkokwing University held an event recently in order to commemorate Botswana‘s 42nd Independence Day.

The event pulled in a large crowd of students within the campus plaza. Various programmes were organised for this event such as Ms and Mr. Botswana, a cultural show, music, arts forms, food tasting and a fashion show by the students of Lim Kok Wing itself.

Nevertheless, the event was to promote Botswana as a tourist hub, enhance Botswana’s unique identity across the world, raise the patriotism of the Botswana students studying here and promote investment opportunities.

Furthermore, Limkokwing University’s multi-array of international students will be able to understand the Botswana culture, traditions, belief and practices when coming in close contact with the Botswana students.
