The Kingdom of Lesotho was the first African High Commission in Malaysia to win the USA Web Awards for Outstanding Creativity on its website last December.

Lesotho may be a landlocked country but it is a land blessed with natural rare beauty and equally endowed with many resources such as diamonds, and water. It is also a country peopled by a gifted and talented race known for their courage and fortitude in facing the challenges of the day. And for more than 320 young Basotho it was both a historic day and a personal triumph as they became the first batch of graduates to leave the hallowed grounds of the Limkokwing University since it was set up in Maseru, Lesotho in 2008.

Limkokwing University opened its doors for graduation of its first cohort of 320 students in associate degree who were enrolled in 2008, in its campus on 18 July 2011.

This Easter, with a gesture that warmed the hearts of Basotho everywhere despite the creeping winter chill, the university showed its solidarity to the Lesotho government and its people with a donation to the less privileged.
