KUALA LUMPUR - The Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) is looking at getting approvals from the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to set up three cyber centres in Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak.
Pahang and Sarawak have already launched the cyber centre plans in their respective areas, chief executive officer of MDeC, Datuk Badlisham Ghazali told reporters after launching the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology’s Creative Multimedia Graduation Show 2008 here Friday.
“I think it is up to the prime minister,” he said, adding that MDeC has 14 cyber centres nationwide.
