
The Malaysian Education Promotion Centre (MEPC) has officially recognised Limkokwing Bali as its director, En. Darsham Daud made his first visit to the campus last Friday, October 30, 2009.
En. Darsham Daud who is also the Education Attaché from the Malaysian Embassy to Indonesia was welcomed whole-heartedly by the students from Faculty of Communication, Multimedia and Broadcasting.
En. Darsham said he hopes that with the recognition from the Malaysian Education office, Limkokwing Bali will continue to grow in both quality and to get more students to study in Malaysia. He said this as he was sharing his views in a discussion with the students on the better quality of Higher Education in Malaysia.
He also said that Limkokwing Bali is in-line with the Malaysian support of the transfer of technology and students between Indonesia and Malaysia as well as supporting the Edu-tourism concept between the two countries.
Besides being one of the main hubs of the Limkokwing Global Classroom concept, Limkokwing Bali also offers foundation courses in Design, English courses, as well as short courses.
The Global Classroom concept is the one of the factors that makes Limkokwing University unique, allowing any of their 30,000 students from 150 countries to spend their semesters in any of the 12 Limkokwing campuses worldwide.
