Arif Just loves the uncluttered and calming nature of simplicity, which is far from what he grew up with-endless colours of bright fabrics and elaborate designs in his hometown of Bangladesh. If one designer could define Arif’s style, it would be Giorgio Armani because of the sophisticated elegance conveyed through his designs. Inspired by Armani’s spring 2009 runway show, Arif thought to incorporate a little Eastern flavour to his creation with the use of traditional Bangladeshi fabric made by a hand loom called makshi katha. A unique design was definitely created as it paid attention to detail with hand stitching to create a delicate effect. As his true passion lies in designing, he will continue to create one-of-a-kind designs accessible to women around the globe.
