YABhg Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor was conferred with the Honorary Doctorate of Innovation in Human Capacity Development by Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in a ceremony that took place at the university's Hall of Fame on 22 March, 2011. The Honorary Doctorate was in recognition of the foresight and wisdom with which she has promoted early education of children and, thereby, ignited transformation that will build for the nation a strong foundation of human capital needed to take Malaysia into a new future where formidable challenges can be translated into remarkable opportunities.
