First Malaysian art director

His first encounter with advertising aroused his passion. He found within this industry all the elements that appealed to his many talents. He loved the fusion of strategy, visual, words, media to communicate concepts. And of course he thrived in this climate. He liked the fast pace and the high pressure of work. And without a doubt, he progressed by leaps and bounds. He became an Art Director. In the early 70s this was a big deal because the industry was dominated by expatriates.
