A director of industrial relations is responsible for constructing a productive and capable workforce environment within the country's labour laws of which the company is based. You will need to understand all aspects of industrial relations and the roles that all parties related will play in regards to your company. You will also be required to draft labour policies for your company and handle grievances which may occur. Strong leadership skills and a creative analytical mind are recommended for this job.
