A fashion promoter's main responsibility is to get her clients or her clients' products mentioned in the mainstream press as often as possible. You need to be creative and people-oriented to create hype and excitement targeted at the product’s audience and getting the media to publish the news by distributing marketing materials and press releases that will make your clients newsworthy. You can also come up with your own post-release of your client's events to drum up more excitement.
