Application Procedures for Limkokwing United Kingdom

Application is submitted with complete documents and as per the minimum entry requirements to the Limkokwing International Admission Office. Send all the relevant documents to the following address: Limkokwing London International Admissions Office, |
Step 2 |

A minimum of two (2) to three (3) working days will be required to process the student’s application. |
Step 3 |
|
Successful applicants will receive a “Conditional Offer” letter certifying the student’s acceptance into the university programme within 7-14 working days. (Please allow extra time for postage and mailing delays). |
Step 4 |

Applicants will be required to complete the following to confirm acceptance of the offer within 14 working days.

Step 5 |
|
The Admissions Office will release an “Unconditional Offer” letter of acceptance upon confirmation of all fees as stated in “Step 4”. (See financial details for info on payment facilities) |
Step 6 |
|
Upon receipt of their “Unconditional Offer” letter students are advised to proceed to their nearest British Embassy to apply for their Visa’s. (See Visa application details for guidelines on how to apply for your visa). Note: Specific countries have dedicated agents certified by the British Embassy to process your Visa application. You can contact your nearest British Embassy or your recruiting agent for more information. Your visa approval process can take between 2 weeks to 2 months to complete depending on your country. |

Upon confirmation of your Visa approval you will receive a written notification from the British Embassy or Visa application centre. |
Step 8 |

Please take note that you might be required to attend an interview prior your Visa approval. Please contact your recruiting agent at the Limkokwing London Admissions Office for guidelines on how to prepare for the interview. |
Step 9 |
|
Successful Visa applicants are required to notify the Limkokwing London Admissions Office and proceed with their flight and accommodations bookings at least 7 days prior to arrival. The university will provide arrival services from Heathrow Airport to the students’ respective accommodation. |
Step 10 |

Upon arrival, students will be required to report to the Enrolment Office to complete their enrolment process and the remaining payments. Students will be advised and guided accordingly on campus of their timetable through an orientation programme. |

Students are required to provide proof of English language proficiency as follows:
Students who do not have IELTS qualification can submit other English certificates equivalent to the University’s minimum entry requirements. An English test will also be required to students who do not demonstrate sufficient English proficiency. Additional Language programmes will be offered in the University ranging from 2 weeks to 48 weeks. |
