The traditional ceremonies are at the heart of Swazi culture and are performed a few times a year, but there are still many other opportunities to take in the culture and spectacle of Swaziland and her people’s traditional customs. The ‘sibhaca’, vigorous in style and is performed by teams of men. The rhythm and impressive physique of the men that perform the dance in the colourful Swazi attire evokes great admiration from spectators. ‘Sibhaca’ dancing is sometimes performed as a competition or just for the sheer fun of it. Teams of dancers entertain visitors regularly at the Royal Swazi Sun, Lugogo Sun and Ezulwini Sun Hotels, as well as Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, Mkhaya Game Reserve and Hlane Royal National Park; some of the many places of interest that one can visit.
