Representatives from T-Systems Malaysia paid an official visit to Limkokwing Cyberjaya on 6 March 2017.

T-Systems provides a range of information and communication technology (ICT) solutions for multinational corporations and public sector institutions.

Its services include securing operation systems and classic ICT services, transforming business models to cloud-based services and innovation projects such as data analytics, the internet of things, machine to machine (M2M) communication and industrial internet.

In the 2013 financial year, the company generated revenue of around EUR 9.5 billion. With over 1100 staff in Cyberjaya, T-Systems in Malaysia acts as the operational hub for T-Systems in the Asia Pacific region.

T-Systems’ Managing Director Ms. Sharmila Santharasagaran and the Head of Operation Mr. Andreas Truls were given a Limkokwing red carpet welcome, and shortly after taken on a campus tour by the University staff. The tour was to provide them with in-depth information on Limkokwing University’s philosophy, history and academic achievements.

“This is really impressive, I had no idea that Limkokwing University was behind many of the Malaysian campaigns I saw today,” said Ms. Sharmila Santharasagaran.

T-Systems’ Head of Operation Mr. Andreas Truls was also particularly interested in knowing more about projects that the University carries out.

Limkokwing University actively engages with various industry professionals and academic institutions. This provides its students from over 150 countries with exposure to industry practices and enables them to stay competitive after they graduate.
