Limkokwing and Mah Sing Group set to kickstart long-term collaboration

A new generation of young leaders from leading developer Mah Sing Group visited Limkokwing University at the Cyberjaya campus on 6 September 2018 to discuss potential partnerships in several areas including exhibitions, industry talks, campus-related activities, educational ties and student accommodation.

The Mah Sing delegation was led by the company’s Director of Group Strategy and Operations, Rachel Leong,  who is part of a new generation of young women playing leading roles in major corporations and spearheading positive changes.

She was joined by General Manager of Branding and Strategic Marketing, Bernard Yong and Manager of Branding and Strategic Marketing, Chong Siew Cheng.

“We want to be part of Limkokwing’s nation building strategy and establish Mah Sing Group in the areas of creativity and innovation,” said Rachel during a meeting with Limkokwing senior management.

Limkokwing Vice President of Brand Creativity and Talent Development, Dato’ Tiffanee Marie Lim, proposed several areas that Mah Sing Group could collaborate with the University, inculding industry talks and property workshops.


Arts and Lights festival

Mah Sing is the organizer of the Arts and Lights festival at their newly launched commercial building, Southville City at KL South, which is ongoing until 28 October 2018 with a variety of exciting activities lined up for the public.

“We would like to provide Limkokwing University with a booth to showcase the University’s best works as we see this as a great way to kickstart a fruitful relationship,” said Rachel.

She also said that participation from such a prestigious and globally-recognised university like Limkokwing would definitely add value to the company’s events.

“We are more than happy to be part of this cross-branding partnership with Mah Sing Group whcih will expand even more in the coming years,” said Dato’ Tiffanee.
