Step 1

Applicants are required to provide:

• Completed Application Form in BLOCK Letters
• 2 sets of certified copies of High School / College / University qualifications

Step 2

Applicants are also required to submit:

• Two (2) sets of passport copies (all pages, including blank pages, in A4 paper).
• 10 pieces of 3.5 x 5 square cm coloured photographs with blue background & no white frame.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency e.g IELTS or TOEFL, if applicable.
• Credit transfer students are required to submit portfolio (3 Original Artworks, if applicable), previous course syllabus, release letter from previous Institution, transcript / result of ALL completed modules

Step 3

Submit completed application form.

Send all the relevant documents together with registration fee of RM 1,000.
