Limkokwing University welcomed the Uganda Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation Permanent Secretary Mr. David O.O. Obong on 9 June 2017 to explore collaboration opportunities.

The ministry is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing government efforts to encourage scientific and technological innovation. These encompass educational institutions, industry, agriculture, commerce and daily life.
