The Eagle Nest Ville
Combining sleek en-suite rooms with modern and stylish furniture, Eagle Nest is definitely the ultimate student accommodation in Cyberjaya. The place is fully-furnished, purpose-built with separate male and female blocks and is highly secured for the students' safety and peace of mind.
Eagle Nest comes with all the amenities a student needs. It is surely a great place to relax and socialise after a long day at school.
Reception
Got any queries or concerns? The receptionist at the lobby will be there to assist you from 8 AM to 10 PM. There will also be on-call wardens around.
Cafeteria
Fill yourself up. Drop by the cafeteria and enjoy a large selection of tasty and affordable food. You can choose from local Malay and hawker fare to Western cuisine.
Tennis Court
Go out and play some sports. Eagle Nest is one of the few student accommodations in Cyberjaya which features three outdoor tennis courts.
Basketball Court
Want to practice your slam dunks and three-point shots? Aside from the tennis court, Eagle Nest also offers two basketball courts for the students. Drop by and play a game or two with your friends.
Swimming Pool
Take an exhilarating break from your studies. Chill out and plunge into the refreshing outdoor swimming pool.
Gym Centre
Located on the ground floor of Eagle Nest, the Gym Centre is equipped with high-performance fitness and latest workout equipment.
Laundry
Open and available 24/7, the self-service laundry has coin-operated washing machines and dryers where students can do their laundry.
Surau
For our Muslim students, Eagle Nest comes equipped with prayer rooms or surau available for both males and females.
Car Park
Never worry about parking again. Eagle Nest provides an open-air car park with ample space for students to park their vehicles.
Gem In Mall
Shop and unwind at the Gem In Mall located right next to Eagle Nest. A variety of shops are available to cater to your needs. There’s a convenience store, an art shop, as well as cafés and restaurants offering Asian and Western food.

Feeling bored at home? DPulze Shopping Centre is just 10 minutes away from Eagle Nest. Go shopping, watch movies, play a game of bowling or pool, or simply enjoy the wide range of food options.

Booking
- Student must fill in the accommodation booking form before check-in.
- Each booking reservation is valid for 2 weeks only.
- Payment should be made at least a week before arriving to avoid any kind of inconvenience. Payment made after arrival in Malaysia is possible, but student can only check-in at Eagle Nest Ville after all payment process has been completed.
- In the case of student arriving at the Eagle Nest Ville after office hour or during the weekend, and the payment process has not been completed, the student has the option to stay in the Eagle Nest Ville as a guest for a maximum of 2 days.
Check-in
- After completing the payment process, student should go through the check-in process.
- The accommodation booking form, the check-in form, the terms and conditions agreement and the accommodation payment receipt must be attached together and submitted to Student Service Department. Only the original documents will be accepted by the Student Service Department. The student must make a duplicate copy of these documents for submission to the Eagle Nest Ville to get their room key.
- Student must sign the terms and conditions agreement during check-in.
Airport Pick-up
- Students who choose to stay at Eagle Nest Ville are provided with a free pick-up service from the airport.
- Make sure to fill-out and submit the airport pick-up form at least one week before your arrival.
- Upon arrival and after completing the immigration clearance, students should proceed to Gate 7. The pick-up driver will be holding a Limkokwing University sign.
