Starfall Catalyst has been awarded a full 5-star rating by the Educational App Store, joining a prestigious list of the very best educational apps from around the world.
The Educational App Store was established to help teachers and parents to progress their child’s education through the use of apps.
Judged by qualified teachers, Starfall Catalyst was hailed as “one of the finest examples of edutainment” in the Educational App Store’s review dated 26 September 2018.
The review also highlighted the fact that the game’s educational aspects were well embedded in the gameplay, giving players an immersive yet rewarding experience.
“This app is certainly an important one to have in the teacher and parent toolkit and will delight when you discover children are learning important facts and concepts by accident.”
Starfall Catalyst was developed by Limkokwing’s FMC Games Division, a special unit of the Faculty of Multimedia Creativity (FMC).
In the game, players are tasked with blazing through a fully 3D environment while unlocking fascinating chemistry concepts along the way.
Starfall Catalyst Version 1.0.4 is entirely free with no in-app purchases or ads, and no network connection will be required to play this game once installed.
It is available for download from the App Store for iPads running iOS 8.0 and above.
