In its endeavour to promote local arts,Limkokwing University this week signed a memorandum of understanding with Botswana Society for the Arts (BSA).
The agreement will provide BSA members with advanced pathways into Limkokwing’s relevant Degree programmes.
Speaking at the signing of the memorandum, Limkokwing Senior Public Relations Officer Mercy Thebe said they will also strive to motivate the youth towards excellence and eventually enable Batswana to successfully compete for international awards.
“Limkokwing University will assist with equipping where possible, practicing artists with entrepreneurship and SMME development skills to enable them to engage in commercial activities related to the art industry.
This will be facilitated under our LEAP (Limkokwing Entrepreneurship Acceleration Platform),”she said.
