Limkokwing University received students from Sekolah Menengah (SM) Sains Terengganu on 11 May 2018.

The group of 34 students accompanied by their teachers were met with a warm reception by Limkokwing staff upon arrival.

The delegation was met by lecturers from the Faculty of Architecture & The Built Environment and was then taken for a brief tour of the Presidential Library and Branding Gallery.

After the tour, students were brought to the faculty area to take part in a hands-on product designing workshop.

At the workshop, the teachers were equally awestruck as their students after being presented with so many creative and innovative creations by Limkokwing students.

Global identity

“I find the globe at the main entrance of the campus really creative and it really did catch me by surprise,” said one student, Tengku Nur Iffah Adriana.

Meanwhile, Muhd. Haziq Ridhuan Muhd Zamri said that he loved the creative approach of Limkokwing University, especially the grand welcoming which he said he had never experienced in his life.

Asked how this visit would be beneficial for his students, teacher En. MD Almeida said: “We wanted the kids to be exposed to a multicultural environment and after today, I am pretty sure the students must have learned a lot.”
