Swaziland International Trade Fair 2017: Another strong podium finish for Limkokwing University
Limkokwing University was the second place winner in the Education and Information category at the 49th Swaziland International Trade Fair (SITF) held at the Mavuzo Trade and Exhibition Centre in Manzini.
Limkokwing University previously won first place in the Education and Information sector for three consecutive years - in 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively.
The results were announced during the annual event’s closing ceremony, attended by the Prime Minister of Swaziland, His Excellency Barnabas S. Dlamini, along with other high-profile dignitaries.
Speaking during the closing ceremony, the Prime Minister said there was a significant increase in the number of exhibitors during the 2017 Swaziland International Trade Fair (SITF) compared to previous years.
The SITF is held in high regard by His Majesty King Mswati III who officially opens the event every year.
His Majesty toured exhibition stands around the SITF venue and visited the Limkokwing University exhibition stand accompanied by President of the Republic of Zambia, His Excellency Edgar Lungu, and members of the Royal family.
SITF 2017 with the theme “Unlocking Trade Opportunities for Economic Growth” was held from the 1st to the 11th of September, organized by the Swaziland Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA).
