  • Current IT system: changes & converging technologies and their potential for increased organisational efficiency;

  • Management perspective: understanding of the role of information flow systems in various organisations, how new systems are conceived, designed, developed, implemented and evaluated;

  • Socio-economic, political and legislative perspectives: insight into IT and its impact on people & organisations.
