Limkokwing University Lesotho will celebrate a very special graduation for over 800 of the country’s brightest young minds on Thursday, 18th of October 2018 at Lehakoe Recreational Centre, Maseru.

This graduation ceremony is truly a momentous occasion, not only because of the sheer number of talented individuals who will soon be embarking on highly-rewarding careers in their respective fields, but also because it will mark the 10th anniversary of Limkokwing establishing its campus in the Kingdom of Lesotho.

The Maseru campus was established in 2008 at the invitation of the Government under the Public Private Partnership model, as part of long-term plan to produce a new class of graduates with the skills and knowledge to achieve the aspirations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2020.

The programmes developed for Lesotho were aimed at fuelling the growth of the creative industries and to encourage the diversification of the country’s economy into technology-intensive areas connected to new media.

The pioneer batch of students who graduated from Limkokwing University Lesotho in 2011 brought with them technical know-how and digital skills that were much-needed by the nation.

Since then, industries in Lesotho have benefited from a steady stream of industry-ready and industry-relevant world-class graduates nurtured on the hallowed grounds of the Maseru campus.

Over 5,000 young leaders who have graduated from Limkokwing University Lesotho over the past decade now play a crucial role in delivering upon the 2020 National Vision of uplifting the nation, establishing it as a stable democracy, and accelerating its path to developed-nation status.
