A representative of Limkokwing University said that all students of Limkokwing University are required to pick up skills in the use of digital software. In addition the University provides English classes so students develop proficiency in the language which is important to build a successful career in today’s globalized workplace. He also said that, all Limkokwing University students are given the opportunity to spend time in Kuala Lumpur where they undergo a specialized programme gaining industry experience. The Kuala Lumpur campus has students from 145 countries that include students from Europe, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America.
Miss Som Vannita, who graduated in 2011, holds a Bachelor Degree of Architecture Studies. She said Limkokwing University is an institution that helped her to see the world and gain experiences from people with multiple cultures. “I am very proud of myself for being who I am today,” said Vannita. She added that the degree she earned from Limkokwing University gives her full confidence to work in international firms.
After it received the approval from the Royal Government of Cambodia and the relevant ministries, Limkokwing University was established in Cambodia in 2008, by Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Kok Wing who is the Founder and President of Limkokwing University.
