Kementerian Dalam Negeri and Ministry of Higher Education panels and officers paid an accreditation visit to Limkokwing University on 13 October.
The visit was to renew the University’s License to Enrol International Students. The renewal process involved a discussion and an interview session with the senior management and staff and lecturers, as well as a reviewing documentation.
The main conditions required for the renewal of the license are:
• Courses have been certified and accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA);
• Has never contravened the Immigration Act 1959/63 and Immigration Rules 1963; and
• Capable of providing facilities, teaching infrastructure and best learning processes
To conclude the visit, Limkokwing Vice President Dato’ Fajura Juffa presented a token of appreciation to the delegates.
