Payroll Senior Executive
Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time and accurately.
Ensure payroll practices are in compliance with statutory requirements, laws and company policies and procedures.
Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including provide payroll related information for audit purpose to auditors.
Ensure all information and documents are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
Assist in overall HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant Labour Law and in line with market practices.
Other administrative and adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR management or in any field
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
Strong payroll knowledge and experience with up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations and legislation and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Proficient with payroll software and Microsoft office.
Organized and meticulous.
Good communication skills.
