Having served his country for 14 consecutive years after graduating from MBA in Project Management at Limkokwing, Abdul Ghafoor Safa now sits as the senior executive officer in the presidential office of Afghanistan.

Describing his journey as a student at the World’s Most International University Abdul Ghafoor Safa commends Limkokwing for equipping him with relevant skills to embark on a career of his dreams after graduating – as well as giving him an opportunity to form heartwarming friendships with students from all over the world.

“While doing my MBA in project management at Limkokwing, I have experienced - and for the first time in my life - the most vibrant multicultural environment at Cyberjaya campus. I had the privilege of forging cross-cultural relationships with students from across the globe, with whom my memories I cherish the most.”

As a seasoned professional, Abdul worked for reputable national and international organisations as a programme manager for an international construction company, a project manager for a US agency of international development, and a monitoring consultant for the United Nation development programme.

“Currently, I work at the presidential office as a senior executive officer as well as a part-time lecturer in Avicenna University.”

Asked about his future plans he said, “I enjoy sharing knowledge, educating youth and preparing them to better serve their communities, which is why I am planning to carry on with my current job role as a lecturer as well as best serving my community with the best of my capabilities. The secret to success is being patient and to keep moving forward.”
