Limkokwing University will introduce new degree programmes after renewing their 20-year partnership with Curtin University of Australia, yesterday.

Senior vice president (Corporate Development) of Limkokwing University Datuk Prof Gail Phung said the programmes are Commerce and Digital Design as an enhancement to the existing course between both parties.

She said currently the two institutions were engaged in a 3+0 programme where degrees in Mass Communications, Graphic Design and Interior Architecture are delivered through the Limkokwing University’s associate college, the Limkokwing Executive Leadership College.

“The partnership will also see an exchange of students through the Limkokwing Global Classroom Programme that enables students to conduct research related to their studies,” she told reporters after the exchange partnership document ceremony here.

The exchange of partnership document was conducted between Gail and Pro Vice Chancellor, Humanities Curtin University Prof Majella Franzmann.

She said the partnership of both parties will also look into other programmes such as hospitality and tourism.
