IT/Technical Services Manager/Senior Manager

Malaysia, Cyberjaya, Full Time


  • Responsible for the day-to-day IT services and operations support, campus networks, systems and infrastructures
  • Responsible for design, install, monitor, upgrade and configure LAN/WAN infrastructure (includes provision for VLANs, VPNs and QoS)
  • Responsible for network system security and procedure integrity control
  • Responsible for department operation and help desk efficiency
  • Responsible for develop, implement and maintain IT policies and standards
  • Responsible for hardware and software installation and support
  • Responsible for IT assets (hardware and software licenses)
  • To lead, support and manage a team of technical support staff


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of working experience in technical support (PC, Apple, Server, mobile devices, OS, application software), systems and network administration with minimum 3 years in supervision roles or similar capacity
  • Possess technical skills in areas of network management (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, FTP, Proxy and traffic routing, Cisco, Firewall and routers)
  • Experience in managing a large enterprise network environment (Windows-based and Mac-based networks, ERPs) is a plus
  • Possess good time management, problem solving skills and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Monitor the level of user satisfaction at regular interval, responds to user queries and complaints, escalating when necessary
  • Keep record and statistics with regard to operational information
  • Provide regular feedback/report to user with regard to problem solving
