L’Oréal Malaysia is collaborating with Limkokwing to develop diploma and professional courses run by the university for hair design, make-up and skincare syllabus. The leader in hair and skincare expertise will provide curriculum support through placement programmes, lectures by industry leaders and field trips.
For hair design and make-up courses, Limkokwing will provide facilities, infrastructure, human resources and technical support.
L’Oréal Malaysia first made its foray into Malaysia in the 1980s when it distributed Lancôme products and a selection of fragrances through an agent. In 1993 it set up a subsidiary, LOCM Sdn Bhd, before it was renamed L’Oréal Malaysia in 2000.
